I really like the candy sweets they are so nice! My mum would always buy me them when I was little! If I won I’d definitely give them to my mum!

I had a very ‘little boy’s’ attitude to these. “These are GIRLS sweets mummy!”. If the outrageous happened and I was ever given these I’d always cut the elasticy string with scissors so they were no longer in necklace or bracelet form

I remember these from when I was little! I used to put on my necklace then eat it from around my neck (by pulling the elastic into my mouth!). I also have one bad memory – when my brother grabbed it then let go so the elastic and sweeties flicked back and hit me in the face !!! Ouch lol! It didn’t put me off eating them though x

Parma violets, bubblegum flavour turtles (which were green and sold for 1p each), shrimps, bananas, flying saucers, milk bottles, white mice…these are just some of the sweets I used to love as a kid.
